Delivery within Canada

Bushbalm Self serves delivery addresses across Canada, including Quebec and the other provinces and territories. Availability for your specific address is shown at checkout. Our current delivery scope is Canada.

Processing before dispatch

Allow 1–2 business days for order processing. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Processing time is separate from the time a parcel spends in transit.

Standard shipping

Standard delivery is free. After dispatch, the estimated standard transit time is approximately 4–6 business days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date; carrier disruptions and circumstances affecting the destination can change it.

Other delivery choices

An Express option may appear at checkout. The checkout shows its available charge and any supplied estimate for your order. Review any Express estimate displayed for your order before selecting it.

Tracking your parcel

When tracking information is issued, use the shipment reference to follow the carrier’s updates. If you have not received tracking information or an update seems unclear, email support@firsthidden.com with your order number.

Address changes and delivery problems

Check the delivery address before submitting your order. Contact us immediately to request a correction; we will check whether it can still be made. If a parcel is delayed, marked delivered but cannot be found, returned as undeliverable, lost or damaged, tell us the order details so that we can review the carrier information and explain the next steps. We do not automatically treat every delivery scan as proof that an issue is resolved.

Charges and support
