These terms describe use of bushbalmself.shop and purchases from Bushbalm Self. Use the site lawfully and provide accurate order and contact details. Read the selected product’s description, ingredients, instructions, warnings and variant details before buying. Prices are stated in Canadian dollars (CAD). Where a comparison price appears, it is a separate reference from the price charged for the selected variant. Available stock and product information can change; a listing is not a guarantee that every variant remains available.

Orders and corrections

Review the items, quantities, address and total at checkout. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of the request and does not resolve an identified stock, payment or material pricing error. If an order cannot be fulfilled as submitted, we will contact you about the issue and appropriate cancellation or correction; an amount due back is refunded to the original payment method.
